Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emin KAHRAMAN

Mehmet Emin KAHRAMAN, an art expert-consultant and painter, graduated from Anatolian Fine Arts High School. He completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Painting Department, where he received honors, and then his master's and doctorate education at Gazi University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Graphic Department. He took courses in educational management and child development from Marmara University Institute of Educational Sciences. The artist, who is interested in graffiti, prepared a thesis titled "The Place and Importance of Graffiti Technique in Educational and Rehabilitation Institutions" during his master's research and conducted research on the rehabilitation of street children. In his doctoral thesis, he conducted research in the field of Art Management and developed an exemplary program to train successful personnel in this field. He participated in many group and personal painting and design exhibitions, biennials, symposiums and congresses at home and abroad. He also organized exhibitions and symposiums. He carried out scientific research projects. His works were selected in collections such as the Ziraat Bank and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs collection. He participated in social organizations and associations and served as the president of the Cartoonists and Humorists Association for 3 years. He founded SATPARK (Art and Design Application and Research Center), the first in our country, in 2017 and continues to serve as its director. He published the book "Arts-Culture Management and Business Administration", the first scientific book in the field of Art and Cultural Management, in 2018. He held the International Art Directing Symposium in 2013 and carried out scientific projects in this field. He still continues the interview series called "Those Who Direct Art", which he started in 2013, and published his interview book "Directing Art", which includes some of these interviews, in 2018. He published a series of books named "Museum and Art", "Advertising and Art", "Democracy and Art" and "Disaster and Art". For the first time in our country, she carried out the "Arts and Culture Management Training and Conscious Manager Development Program" with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Since 2012, he has prepared hundreds of reports as an expert expert registered with the Supreme Board of Experts of the Ministry of Justice in the fields of "art, design and graphology". It carries out the "Certificate of Originality", "Certificate of Authenticity", "Presentation of Value" and "Transfer Agreement" processes for works of art and design. He currently works as a lecturer at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Art and Design, Department of Art.
